Title: Pride and Penalties
Author : Chris Higgins
Story: this story is about a girl whose brother is good at everything so he gets a lot of attention. But when she gets a letter saying she is in the rugby team things start to change.
My thoughts: I think it is a good book because it has two sides to it, a boys side and a girls side the boys side is that she is playing rugby, the girls side is she is a normal girl who kicked a ball back to someone and got the rugby team

Title: Spring Story
Author: Jill Barklem
Story: This story is about a few mice who live in a hedge and there is a big party.
My Thoughts: I like this story because I like the way they dress the mice. The women are dressed in bonnets and big dresses. The men are in suits. Their houses are tree stumps. There is a very happy ending.
